Background
A full-service mid-market Utilities company did not have a contract management solution and wanted us to develop a low-cost custom solution that would suffice their needs for renewals, metadata extraction and reporting for all contract types
Approach
We gathered requirements and aligned with the client. We then developed a wireframe for the front-end to further ensure alignment on the workflow, data integration and reporting needs. This front-end requirement led to the development of the back-end engine.
Results
We designed an overall custom contract management product, which was developed as a SaaS-based model in a span of two months and satisfied client’s needs.
