Kartik’s project experience spans Digital Transformation, Value-Chain Analysis, M&A Synergy, Strategic Sourcing and Category Management . He has a proven track-record of improving efficiency and effectiveness of business processes across Supply-Chain, Finance, IT and Legal functions through technology-enabled solutions. He has also led large (50+ member), cross-functional teams on long-term, strategic initiatives at several Fortune 500 and Global 2,000 companies.
Prior to Valorant, Kartik was a Senior Director at GEP. He began his career in supply-chain and operations roles at India’s largest Energy-equipment manufacturer. Kartik has an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Bangalore and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani.
